The Most Common All Terrain Pram Mistake Every Beginner Makes

Mamas & Papas All Terrain Prams

All terrain prams are pushchairs that can be used on rough terrains like cobblestones, woodland paths and fields with muddy soil. They typically have large all-terrain rubber tires unlike standard pushchairs, which use air-filled tyres that can easily flatten.

They are typically convertible (parent or world-facing) and can accommodate either the carrycot or car seat. They should be lightweight and fold easily so that they are suitable for travel.

1. Mama & Papas Ocarro

The Mamas & Papas Ocarro pushchair is a great option for families who are looking for a pram that can handle all terrains. It's large and sturdy with dual suspension, big wheels and a spacious lying-flat seat that promotes a healthy sleep. It includes a cup holder, a rain cover, and sun canopy for your excursions. The Ocarro is easy to steer and is easy to fold. It takes less than five minutes to do so and the handle is shaped to give you ultimate control.

The Ocarro is equipped with a variety of features that will keep your baby content. These include head cushions, padded chest pads and more. It has several recline positions, which include the flat position that is ideal for healthy naps while on the move. It can also be used with either parent facing or forward-facing. It also has reflective trims and an integrated ventilation system that helps baby stay cool and comfortable.

The design is stunning and the fabric is luxurious. I loved the brown leather trim on the handles and the bumper bar. It's heavier than other buggies that we tested, but it feels like an excellent product. It's a great stroller for tackling the park and country walks as well as getting on and off public transport.

The Ocarro is available as a 4-piece pushchair or as a part of a full travel system including a car seat and carrycot (both sold separately). The Ocarro is safe from birth and comes with everything you require to embark on big adventures. The carrycot has an adjustable lie-flat position and a magnetic apron which can be folded away quickly and quietly. It has an air vent, a hood and a lie-flat position to keep your baby warm in all weather.

2. Cybex Avi

The Cybex Avi is a specialized running stroller, designed to enable you and your child to run together in comfort. It features a unique front wheel that can be locked to provide stability, and it's quite light and easy to steer. It is also suitable to be used with any Cybex or gb infant car seats using the adapters available.

Avi is also available in "One Box", which includes the frame and seat pack, as well as the canopy all in one box. This makes it very easy to put together and will save you time and money.

This is the ideal choice for parents who love running and wish to keep their child active. It is designed for running with babies from birth, and it can be used with any Cybex or gb car seat. It has an easy and quick one-pull system to tighten the harness.

It has a streamlined design and has air-filled tires. It also comes with an adjustable, soft sports seat for your child. It is adorned with reflective details that increase visibility, as well as an XL Sun canopy with UPF protection of 50+.

It is not recommended for use on rocky or hard surfaces, and it does not have an adjustable position for infants. It should be used at walking speed and not running or jogging.

Genevieve Gregson is a three-time Olympic finalist and a two-time world champion finalist. She is also a running coach for Gregson Running and an Australian record holder. We asked her to try the Cybex Avi stroller and here's what she had to say:

3. BOB Sport Utility

BOB Sport Utility is a stroller ideal for off-the-beaten track outdoor adventures. It has a fixed front tire to provide additional stability while hiking or jogging. It also comes with pneumatic knobby wheels mounted on high-impact polymer rims as well as a handbrake for better downhill control. It is also easy to transport and store due to its two-step folding system. The baby jogger comes with an adjustable handlebar to fit parents of all sizes as well as an enormous canopy that features a peek-a-boo window so that you can watch your child. You can even pair it with a car seat for your infant to create the ultimate travel system.

The BOB Sport Utility's main drawback is its lack of maneuverability. It was rated with a score of 6 out of 10. It can be difficult to turn around in small spaces, such as stores and cafes, because it requires you to tilt it back. The stroller is easy to push on flat surfaces, thanks to its great rolling and adjustable track.

This stroller comes with single action brakes that are easy to use and sandal-friendly. The stroller also has the ability to decelerate, which allows you to effortlessly slow down while running and eases the pressure on your feet. This feature has one downside that you must take off your brake handle to activate it. This can be frustrating when you are on a run.

BOB offers accessory adapters that let you use a variety of infant car seats with this stroller. This is a great choice if you have more than one child. From removing the BOB Sport utility to getting it ready to go it took us 5 minutes and 24 seconds.

4. Cybex Aton

Cybex is well-known for its premium seats and simple-to-use features. This seat is no exception. It is among our top infant car seats. This is mostly due to its design and the fact that it can be used with most Cybex strollers as well as some from other brands as well for the Travel System. This seat comes with excellent safety features.

In  all terrain buggies Pushchairs And Prams  tests the Cybex Aton scores above average in both forward-facing and rear-facing installation and user-friendliness. The headrest can be adjusted to 11 different height positions and has a no-rethread harness making it simple to ensure that the straps are properly adjusted as your child grows. Cybex seats also feature a load leg on the base to prevent rotation in a crash and an anti-rebound feature to help keep your child in the center of the seat.

The Aton is iSize approved from birth and is compatible with the Cybex Base M isofix base to add an extra layer of security. It also comes with an innovative linear side impact protection that absorbs and redirects forces of collision away from your infant. Unfortunately, the Aton's short shell may not work with small cars, as well as some other models. The canopy is small and it doesn't have a peekaboo window.

Another drawback is the price. It's a pricey seat, particularly when you take into account that it performed better than the majority of seats we tested. There are plenty of other great seats at a lower cost.

5. Mama & Papas Maternity

Mamas & Papas' collection is inspired by real life and assists new parents to thrive, no matter where they are in their parenting journey. They design products that combine functionality and style, with a strong sense of identity. Their innovative products are influenced by their own experiences as parents, their customers' insights, and rigorous testing in their UK testing labs.

The Ocarro all-terrain pram is one of their best-selling products. It offers superior comfort for your infant and is perfect for exploring the countryside or running errands in town. The dual suspension and durable rubber tyres provide a smooth ride. The large padded seat and chest pads as well as the head-hugging pillows, enhance the comfort. Its compact single-handed fold makes it simple to store or transport.

The brand also designs nursery furnishings from cots to co-sleepers, booster seats and even co-sleepers. Additionally, their maternity clothing is chic and comfortable. Their Luxury Maternity Bra - Slate is perfect for special occasions and combines satin with lace and adorable bow trims.

Mamas & Papas has its pros and cons, just like every other product. The company's website offers an array of items at reasonable prices, and the variety is excellent. They have a bad reputation for customer service. Problems can take a long time to resolve, and they are not always helpful or friendly. Many shoppers will shop around before making the purchase.
